Refund policy
REFUNDS. Upon purchase of a reading, Client shall be responsible for the full extent of the Fee.
The Client shall be entitled to a refund or credit for the full fee paid, by emailing Company’s support department at least 48 hours before the appointment date. If cancellation is not before 48 hours before the appointment no refund will be provided. Refunds are processed within 30 (thirty) days of request and may be issued net of any processing fees. If client cancels attendance of the appointment or any reason whatsoever, Client will receive no refund.
